* Dry Feb is a fundraiser that challenges you to go alcohol-free in February and raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society. Proceeds from Dry Feb will benefit the Canadian Cancer Society to fund groundbreaking research and provide a national support system for people affected by cancer, such as online and phone-based peer support programs including CancerConnection.ca which gives those with cancer, and their caregivers, a place where they can share their experiences and build supportive relationships. Having a month off alcohol also has other great health benefits, such as sleeping better, having more energy and of course, no hangovers! So you're not only helping others, you're helping yourself. It's a win-win!
